When is my RSVP needed?
Please have your RSVP in to us by the date designated on your invitation (not yet sent). If you have not completed your RSVP a week prior to that date, we will reach out to kindly remind you.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
We are planning (and hoping) for a fully outdoor spring wedding! If the weather gets wet, there is a covered, temperature-controlled space for us to have both the ceremony and reception. Please be mindful of the weather when planning what clothing and footwear you are packing. Please see "Dress Code" for outfit inspo!
I'm coming in from out of town—where should I fly in and where should i stay?
Please see "Lodging & Travel" for the best airport and hotel options!
Is the parking close to the venue?
Yes! There is parking available at the venue, directly next to our ceremony & reception space; no need for a shuttle or preparing for a long walk. There will be marked parking lot spaces for you when you arrive.
Can I take pictures with my phone during the ceremony and reception?
We please ask you to respect our 'No Phones' policy during the ceremony. We have a professional photographer booked, and want to keep our wedding extremely intimate and private.
Imagine how embarrassing it will be to be the only person with their phone out when we get our wedding photos back from the photographer!
Phone pictures are more than welcomed (encouraged!!) during the reception.
What dietary options will be available at the wedding?
Vegetarian side options will be available. Gluten-free options will also be available—You can thank Karlyn's sister for that!
We are also mindful of the young children who are invited, and promise there will be options there that they will love! We will announce our buffet options as soon as we have them.
Are kids welcomed?
Yes!! Please bring your kids. We have invited you because we love you, and your entire family. There will be lawn games and a bonfire out during the reception to keep them entertained!
And, don't worry, our food will be picky-eater friendly!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes!!! Duhhhh. Please, please, please, be mindful when you are drinking of the windy, dirt roads you drove on your way to the venue. We love everyone coming and want everyone to get back safely.
We also want everyone to remember the most special day of our lives. Please have fun but stay in control, especially because young kids will be there.
Can my car be parked at the venue overnight in case I need a designated driver?
We do ask, sternly, to please not drink to the point of an unsafe level of driving and then get behind the wheel. We are in a rural area with windy, dirt roads and we want everyone to get to their lodging safely. You may keep your car parked at the venue overnight but it MUST BE PICKED UP BY 9 AM THE NEXT DAY.
There are lodging options close to the venue to ensure a safer drive back (please see "Lodging & Travel" for details).
Can I bring a +1?
We have reserved a specific amount of seats and space. Please note that we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation, and we kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend. Thank you so much for understanding and celebrating with us!
Is there a high chair available for my baby?
There is one high chair available at the venue. Please let us know if you would like us to reserve that for you and we will make that happen—first come, first served. If someone has requested this before you, we do ask that bring your own.
